US Orders
Most deliveries shipped by Briti Black: The Official Store within the US should arrive within 9 days after your shipping confirmation email is received. However Deliveries via our printinpartners, to overseas military bases or US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam etc. Or due to any natural disasters may be delayed beyond this timeframe.
Autograph Shipping Policy
All autographed items will be shipped once they have been personally signed by Briti Black. Please note that autograph signing is subject to her availability and schedule.
We strive to ensure all orders are processed promptly; however, autograph preparation may take up to 3 business days to complete before shipment. Once the autograph is signed and your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as each autograph is carefully prepared to ensure authenticity and quality.
Third Party Printing Partner: Due to the custom nature of Made to Order products (Shirts, Posters, Homewear) the printing partner orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed, nor can we accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
• All Made-to-order products ship separately from autographed products. Via our third party printing partner.
With all orders we can not control the postal service after any package is packed and handed off it is outside of our control.
Canada Orders
Most deliveries within the US & Canada should arrive within 9 days after your shipping confirmation email is received.
WorldWide Orders
Deliveries outside of the US & Canada will vary, depending on the destination country.
These times may be delayed for a number of reasons, including delays in customs processing within your destination country, or other factors beyond our control. Due to these factors, we cannot guarantee that international shipments will arrive within the above timeframe and ask that you please be patient also plan ahead if any item is a gift.
Backorders
Briti Black official Store we aim to provide accurate shipping & delivery estimates for all orders and products, but at times we may be limited by any production partner delays, or shipping partner delays, and other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Restrictions
Briti Black Official Store offers worldwide shipping where service is available through our distribution partners. We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, our shipping partner does not ship to the following countries
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
Additionally, our shipping partners have a list of countries where they temporarily don’t offer international shipping due to circumstances like natural disasters and other service disruptions. You can review the up-to-date information on the USPS homepage.
